The road to the PBR started in the little town of Spokane, MO., where I watched
my father, Larry and older brother, Dustin, ride bulls. When I turned eight, I
started riding calves. I entered a few rodeos and became hooked. I've been a
cowboy ever since day one. I graduated from calves to steers to bulls and went
to the National High School Finals twice. My first PBR rodeo was in Gillette,
WY on my 18th birthday. I rode Bo Howdy and won the rodeo earning my first
$8,000 check. From there, I have traveled the PBR circuit ending at the PBR
World Finals twice and winning the Finals in 2006. My most infamous ride was
when I rode Reindeer Dippin in Laughlin, NV in 2005 for 93 points
(pictured left). The road has not been easy. Along the way, I have broken
arms, legs, ribs, punctured a lung and had many other minor injuries.
When I am not riding bulls in the PBR, I am raising bucking bulls and hauling
them to rodeos all over the U.S. I enjoy hauling my bulls in my new Sundowner
trailer. See you at my next PBR event or down the road bucking my bulls!
