Alan Fisher Performance Horses has been producing champions for years in the Quarter Horse,
Palomino, Pinto, Paint and Appaloosa Horse industries. Alan's success began at a very early age.
He won his first High Point award when he was only 4 years old! After graduation, he moved to
Pennsylvania to give Reining horses a try. It wasn't long before he realized that Pleasure horses
were his true passion, so in pursuit of that goal he went to work for trainer Pat Odell. From there,
he worked and trained under Wes Weatherell, in Purcell, Oklahoma, and the late Guy Stoops, in
Hempstead, Texas. With the knowledge and experience gained from working with excellence, Alan
returned home to Fayetteville where Alan Fisher Performance Horses was born. Alan has produced
World and National Champion Appaloosas, and Pintos, with numerous AQHA Futurity Champions and
Top 5 Reichert Celebration Champions,
Alan, with his wife Shannon, embody the true definition of a team, although running separate
businesses. While Shannon has a successful business as an Independent Consultant and Area
Manager for Arbonne International, she is a huge source of support to Alan as he strives to
make each client and their horse successful. Alan has received a lot of great advice over the
years from great horse trainers, the best advice he received, he says, came from his mother,
and he runs his business based on this motto: "Treat others as you want to be treated."
